Kingsford author to stage presentation at Bay College

CONNIE TRESEDDER

IRON MOUNTAIN — Those involved with high school sports can learn how to control negative thoughts and emotions during a free presentation Wednesday, April 10, at Bay College.

Local best-selling author Connie Tresedder will host the discussion entitled “Change Your Thoughts; Change the Game” at Bay College’s Fornetti Hall. Presentation begins at 6:30 p.m.

Tresedder has a target audience of high school athletes, parents and coaches.

“I’ll be giving examples that will help athletic performance but also examples that all people can apply to pretty much every area of their life,” said Tresedder, author of “Unlock Your Purpose: Become the Difference Maker You were Created to Be,” which has reached No. 1 in three different Amazon categories. “There are two principles surrounding our thoughts and emotions that can change your life. If you take simple steps in each of these principles you will experience amazing results.”

Those with questions concerning the presentation can contact Tresedder at contagiouslifeandpurpose@gmail.com or Jason Kreider of Fellowship of Christian Athletes at Jason_k_40@hotmail.com.

Tresedder, mother of three high school and collegiate champion tennis players, will conduct a book signing Saturday, April 20, at The Drug Store in the Midtown Mall.

“Unlock Your Purpose” will help readers live a more energizing, joyful and fulfilling life through the “Life Impact Ladder.”

Tresedder, an expert at teaching people to control worrisome and stressful thoughts, has taught at the college level for over 20 years. She resides in Kingsford with her husband Ross.
