DETROIT — The Forest Park High School varsity football and North Central High School varsity football teams were nominated by The Michigan High School Football Coaches Association for the opportunity to be the 8-player Detroit Lions Michigan High School Football Game of the Week powered by Hudl. The game will be on Friday at Dick Mettlach Field in Crystal Falls.

Both Forest Park and North Central are competing together for the title of “Game of the Week” for 8-player against four other 8-player games in Michigan. The winner is determined by a voting contest that begins today at Noon eastern and ends on Wednesday at Noon eastern with winners announced Wednesday afternoon.

The “Game of the Week” winners will have the title and highlighted football game footage featured on the Detroit Lions website. Votes can be cast for the NC at FP game at: www.detroitlions.com/highschool .
