First Stoneline Valley Music Festival announced

PHELPS, Wis. — Stoneline Valley has announced its first-ever music festival, set to make its debut on Sept. 20-21 in Phelps.

Nestled in the scenic northwoods of Wisconsin, the festival is the brainchild of father and son duo Greg and Steven Vetter, who are currently building an outdoor music venue. The event promises a diverse lineup featuring genres such as Americana, folk, bluegrass, and rock, catering to all music enthusiasts.

This year’s lineup includes headliners Cousin Curtiss, Kind Hearted Strangers, and Chicken Wire Empire, alongside a robust roster of talent such as Stillhouse Junkies, Wild Horses, Joseph Huber, The Billy Bronsted Trio, Old Pine Road, The MilBillies, Kevin Troestler & Friends, Scott Kirby, Bomber & Red, Kyler Kuzio & Seth James, and the Bryce Thomaschefsky Band.

Cousin Curtiss is known for his performances that combine rapid-fire acoustic guitar, incendiary harmonica, and a thunderous kick drum, creating a full-band sound that has captivated audiences nationwide.

Kind Hearted Strangers bring a blend of high-energy rock and harmony-driven Americana, growing from an impromptu open mic night into a powerhouse of live performances.

Chicken Wire Empire, hailing from Wisconsin, mixes traditional bluegrass with innovative sounds, having gained international recognition and performed at renowned festivals such as Grey Fox Bluegrass Festival.

The festival not only features outstanding musical acts but also offers camping, craft beer, diverse food trucks, outdoor yoga sessions and family-friendly activities, making it a perfect weekend getaway. Attendees will enjoy music in a natural amphitheater with a dedicated pavilion providing breathtaking views of the pristine landscape.

In an effort to support a crucial cause, Stoneline Valley has committed to help end child sex trafficking. A substantial 10% of the two-day general attendance ticket sales from the inaugural music festival will be donated to organizations that spearhead this cause.

“We wanted to create a festival that feels like a retreat, where music lovers can escape and enjoy great tunes in a stunning setting,” Greg Vetter said. “We’re building more than a venue; we’re crafting a refined experience that also supports a profoundly important cause.”
