IRON MOUNTAIN — The Iron Mountain-Kingsford General Federation of Women’s Clubs will sponsor an “Evening in Paris,” a formal dinner event slated Saturday, April 13, at the Chippewa Club in Iron Mountain.

The evening activities will run from 6 to 10 p.m.

In keeping with the French theme, the menu will feature fine French cuisine of several courses and a “delicieux” dessert.

The club will decorate with French accents and music will include French songs of days gone by — “Les Chansons D’Amour.”

Tres chic formal attire is to be worn — vintage or new — with “bling” and French style. Men are required to wear coat and tie.

Tickets are available online at www.imkgfwc, click on fundraiser “evening in Paris” or purchased at Erickson Jewelers and Nic’s Boutique/Julia Rose in Iron Mountain. Cost is $65 each. Beverages are available for purchase by credit card at the bar.

Funds raised are for the Women’s Club projects.

The public is invited to attend the event. A limited number of tickets will be sold.
