IRON MOUNTAIN — The Dickinson chapter of the Michigan Association of Retired School Personnel will host a Not-Back-to-School Brunch for prospective as well as present members of the organization at 10 a.m. Monday at Holiday Kitchen restaurant, 1605 S. Stephenson Ave. in Iron Mountain.

MARSP is the largest school retiree association in Michigan. It is made up of retired teachers, superintendents, aides, bus drivers –virtually anyone who has retired from any Michigan school system and who receives retirement benefits through the state.

This is an informal gathering, where attendees will order off the menu.

Reservations are not required — retirees can just show up and join other members of the group to share their summer highlights and to celebrate the beginning of the school year with fellow retired MARSP friends.
