Roland and Debra Phillips of Niagara, Wis., announce the engagement of their daughter, Sheila Leigh Phillips, to Nathan KangPan, son of James Kang and Helen Pan. The couple will be married on Oct. 9, 2020, at Carlowrie Castle in Edinburgh, Scotland. The couple resides in Manhattan, N.Y. Sheila is a 2009 graduate of the School of Journalism at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Nathan is a 2008 graduate of the School of Business at New York University. Sheila is an assistant vice president for New York City Economic Development Corporation. Nathan is the CIO at Kepler Group in New York City.
