IRON MOUNTAIN — Upcoming activities for the Dickinson County Library system —

— Glaser’s Reptarium: 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Monday at the North Dickinson Branch in Felch Township; 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Dickinson County Library in Iron Mountain; and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Norway City Hall, 915 Main St., Norway.

Kristen and Eric Glaser will give a presentation on their exotic pets, including snakes, tarantulas and lizards, at this all-ages program to kick off “Summer Reading 2024: Adventure Begins at Your Library.” Those attending will have opportunities to take photos and hold the animals. The public is welcome to be at North Dickinson’s session ­– ring the doorbell to be let in by North Dickinson County School staff. Sponsored by Dr. Marjorie Funtanilla.

— Yoga at the Library: 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dickinson County Library in Iron Mountain.

Local yoga instructor Kimberly Spigarelli will lead teen and adult patrons through beginning to moderate poses and breathing exercises. Participants are asked to bring a mat or towel. Registration is required; call the library at 906-774-1218 to sign up.

— The Dickinson County Library in Iron Mountain will be closed Sunday, May 26, and all Dickinson County Library sites will be closed Monday, May 27, for the Memorial Day holiday. Regular hours will resume at the Iron Mountain library and Solomonson branch on Tuesday, May 28. Summer hours for the North Dickinson branch will begin Tuesday, May 28.
