Steam train robbery Saturday in Laona

An authentic cowboy reenactment and robbery of the Lumberjack Steam Train will take place Saturday in Laona, Wis. The train can be boarded at the Laona Depot on U.S. 8 and travels to the Camp 5 Museum. Beginning at 9:30 a.m. cowboys will rob every train that runs that day. Each robbery ends with a shootout and the good guys prevail while the cowboys make their escape on horseback. At Camp 5, visitors can go to the forestry museum, the working blacksmith shop, the nature center, petting zoo, take the Forest Surrey Ride, visit the Cracker Barrel Gift Shop and eat at the Choo Choo Cafe. All are welcome and encouraged to experience all that Camp 5 has to offer.
