IRON RIVER — The Iron County Genealogical Society will meet at 1 p.m. Thursday in the J. Patrick White Conference Room at the West Iron District Library in Iron River.

The group will prepare information for the election of officers for the coming year.

Participation in decorating a tree at the Iron County Historical Museum’s Christmas Tree Galleria and Basket Raffle will be discussed. Attendees are asked to bring suggestions and/or samples for ornaments or other holiday designs.

Dues were payable July 1.
