CoVantage to start fundraising drive Tuesday

ANTIGO, Wis. — CoVantage Cares Foundation will kick off its annual two-week fundraising campaign on Giving Tuesday.

Funds generated through Dec. 17 will be matched with up to $150,000 in contributions from CoVantage Cares Foundation, a charity established by CoVantage Credit Union.

Local non-profit organizations to receive funding from this year’s campaign were selected by CoVantage staff from the communities served by CoVantage Credit Union.

Charities selected to receive funding from the fourth annual Giving Tuesday initiative and their sponsoring CoVantage branches include: United Way of Langlade County (Antigo); The Neighbors’ Place (Wausau, Weston, Rib Mountain and Rothschild, Wis.); Elcho Food Pantry (Elcho, Wis.); Midwest Indian Mission, Inc./New Hope Shelter and Transitional Housing (Crandon, Wis.); National Alliance on Mental Illness-Northern Lakes (Rhinelander, Wis.); Operation Bootstrap Inc. (Stevens Point, Wis.); Bridge the Gap, Inc. (Shawano, Wis.); Suamico Fire Department (Suamico, Wis.); Court Appointed Special Advocates of the Fox Cities (Neenah, Menasha, Appleton, Wis.); Iron Endurance/Crystella Recreation Association (Crystal Falls); Sons of American Legion Reino Squadron No. 21 (Iron River); and Menominee Opera House (Menominee).
