BOSS donates to United Way

BOSS Snowplow of Iron Mountain, a division of The Toro Company, recently donated $5,000 to the United Way of Dickinson County to continue its mission in the community. From left are John Estes, Barb Messer and Carol Thornton of the United Way; Justina Blazier of BOSS Snowplow; and Debra Crandall of the United Way. The United Way of Dickinson County is locally run by citizens in the community who carefully oversee administration of funds to local non-profit agencies providing help to residents of Dickinson County and the immediate area. “The United Way and the organizations it funds do so much for the greater Dickinson County community,” said Jody Christy, vice president of BOSS Snowplow. “We are pleased to support the good work being done.” More than half of the Dickinson County population utilizes one or more of the agencies funded by United Way.
