LifeFit BrainFit joins Dickinson chamber

IRON MOUNTAIN — LifeFit BrainFit recently joined the Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce, which had a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate.

Debbie Flannery, who founded LifeFit BrainFit, is a functional nutritional practitioner with 30-plus years of experience. She has a master’s degree in health and fitness and is a certified Interactive Metronome Brain Training Provider and Primitive Reflex Integration Specialist.

She can provide health sessions tailored to each client’s individual needs.

Flannery’s practice involves working with both children and adults, ages 3 to 102. Sessions can be done in-home and virtual, which allows her to connect throughout the United States and Canada.

She helps people dealing with ADD, anxiety, autism, ADHD, concentration, memory, reading/math, learning disorders, balance disorders, strength, Parkinson’s, concussions and more.
