KINGSFORD – Kingsford’s Juniper State Wide Real Estate has announced that Monica Maule has recently joined the sales team.

Maule is a Michigan and Wisconsin licensed realtor. She is a consistent top-producer, ranking in the top 10 of area realtors in 2014, with 40 units sold and more than $3.24 million in sales.

A full-time agent since 2001, Maule is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). Along with her substantial experience, she received extensive specialized training in understanding buyers’ needs and representing them in the negotiation process.
