IRON MOUNTAIN – Hanson Realty Inc, located at 945 Oslo Ave. in Iron Mountain and N17488 U.S. 141 in Beecher Wis., has added Terri Templin to its Michigan office.

Although new to Michigan real estate, Templin has served as a Wisconsin agent, working out of the Beecher office, and now brings her experience in assisting both buyers and sellers to the Michigan market.

Originally from lower Michigan, Templin relocated to Dunbar Wis., where she taught English on the college level. She and her husband Peter, also a Wisconsin real estate agent, later moved to Boulder Colo. where they owned and operated a hardware store.

Templin’s background as both teacher and business person benefits her as she helps her clients work through the details of buying or selling a home or vacation cabin. As she assists buyers and sellers, Templin works to build a relationship based on integrity, trust, and professionalism.

For the past five years, the Templins have lived in Pembine Wis. They enjoy spending time at their cabin on the river and riding the ATV trails as well as being involved with their church in Kingsford.
