IRON MOUNTAIN — Gary Watters of Crystal Falls, a realtor with Stephens Real Estate’s Iron River office, has been awarded the Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation through the National Association of Realtors’ Center for Realtor Development.

In addition to successfully completing their comprehensive coursework, Watters had to meet their requirements for educational and practical experience criteria.

Watters joined the Stephens team in 2024 and had five closed transactions in his first few months.
