IRON MOUNTAIN — OST, a business and IT consulting company in Grand Rapids, has created a website for Michigan citizens to voluntarily complete a COVID-19 related survey in hopes that health officials in Michigan can more easily track the spread of the virus. The survey can be found at https://keepmihealthy.org/survey.

The survey can be taken by any Michigan resident both securely and anonymously. Whether residents are feeling well or not, the information they provide helps health care professionals understand the severity of COVID-19 in Michigan.

The survey asks basic demographic questions and then asks a single question related to specific symptoms.

With the collected data, Michigan-based hospitals and health departments will be able to use the anonymous data gathered from everyone taking the surveys to learn more about the community’s health, plan ahead and hopefully reduce the spread and impact of COVID-19.
