Escanaba ­– Bay College will host a “Health Career and College Fair” on Tuesday. The career and college fair will take place from 1 to 3 p.m. Eastern time in the Besse Gallery at the main entrance of the College at 2001 North Lincoln Ave., Escanaba

There will be more than twenty-five health care organizations from across the Upper Peninsula, as well as North Eastern and Central Wisconsin.

The organizations will represent a broad range of health care career opportunities from inpatient and acute, to long term and rehabilitation, as well as outpatient clinic and home health.

In addition to direct patient care positions like nursing, medical assistants and care aides, there will also be the opportunity at some facilities for employment in the following: dietary, maintenance, receptionist, medical coding, social workers, physical therapy, phlebotomy, radiology and seasonal positions for Bay Cliff Health Camp.

This event is entirely free and open to the public.
