Mike LaVigne helps out at LaVigne’s Greenhouse on the corner of Hemlock and Ludington streets in Iron Mountain. The family business has been owned by his parents, Shirley and Buck LaVigne since 1977. Mike helps with operations and grows some of the plants. They are open daily 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
