NIAGARA, Wis. — The Niagara Public Library will host a Paint Night from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22, in the community room at City Hall.

They will be painting a “hauntingly beautiful ghost picture, perfect for the Halloween season,” according the post on Facebook.

They will be following along on a YouTube video, so those who attend can work at their own pace.

All supplies will be provided.
