Iron Mountain Police and Fire Civil Service Commission will meet at 9 a.m. Wednesday at Iron Mountain City Hall. The panel will discuss promotional exams for fire department engineer and captain.

Breitung Township Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the township hall in Quinnesec. A public hearing has been set on a variance request from Dennis Spigarelli for an additional primary residential structure.

Lake Antoine Park Partners will meet at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday in the sheriff department conference room in Iron Mountain.

Breitung Township Schools Board will meet at 8:20 a.m. Thursday in the media center at Kingsford High School. The board will conduct the superintendent candidate interview process and other regular business.

Breitung Township Planning Commission will meet at 6 p.m. Thursday at the township hall in Quinnesec. There will be a public hearing on a conditional use permit requested by Emily and Jourdan Broullire at 215 S. Jackson St. for a dog boarding business. There will also be a public hearing on a conditional use permit requested by Andrew Buck and Krystle Sikora at N3647 Moon Lake Drive for a survey business.
