North Dickinson County High School graduate Hope Schuiteman receives a $1,000 scholarship from Daily News publisher Ray King after being chosen as the newspaper’s Student of the Year for 2025. Schuiteman, daughter of Paul and Mary Beth Schuiteman of Felch Township, was valedictorian of her senior class with a grade-point average of 3.98.
