REPUBLIC — Lillian I. Starkey, 86, lifelong Republic resident, passed away on Friday, Feb. 8, 2019.
A celebration of her life will be held at 11 a.m. Eastern time Saturday, May 18, 2019, at the First Baptist Church of Witch Lake, with Pastor Kevin Brownfield officiating.
