Max F. Osmanski

CRIVITZ, Wis. — Max F. Osmanski, 41 of Crivitz, passed away on Aug. 12, 2019, at home with his family by his side. He was born to Edmund and Gloria Osmanski on Nov. 7, 1977. Max graduated from Crivitz High School in 1996, then attended NWTC for 2 years where he graduated with honors from the Automotive Service Technology Program in 1998.

He worked at Cal Compe/Kudick Automotive for over 13 years, followed by Riesterer and Schnell for 8 years. He recently married the love of his life. He enjoyed Friday nights at Kotecki’s garage and spending time at the “Shop.” He had a passion for working on cars and fixing things.

Max took 3rd in the Nation at AAA/Ford Motor Skills Competition in Washington D.C. and took 7th in the Nation at VICA. He was a former member of the Crivitz Volunteer Fire Department.

He is survived by his loving wife, Carrie, stepchildren, Mackenzie and Cody; and grandson, Cooper; loving mother, Gloria Osmanski; one sister, Liz (Matt) Moser; nieces and nephews, Tyler (Kym), Cody, Tobyn, and Sam.

He was preceded in death by his father, Edmund; and uncle, Tony.

The family would like to thank the staff of Unity Hospice and the Aurora Cancer Center of Marinette, Wisconsin, for their loving care and support.

The family will greet relatives and friends from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 17 at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church in Crivitz. The Service will follow at 11 a.m., with Pastor Jonathan Zietlow.
