PEMBINE, Wis. — Robert “Pastor Bob” W. Penn, 82, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 4, 2021.

Visitation will be held at Blood of the Lamb Ministry, N18642 Presbyterian Way, Pembine, Wis., from 11 a.m. until noon Saturday, Sept 18. A memorial service will follow at noon.
