Billie J. Curnow

Billie was born on June 17, 1936, in Comstock, Mich. to the late Wilson and Fredonia (Finneman) Hilgeman.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Jerry (Gerald) Curnow; children, Alyce (Larry) Griffioen of Portage, Mich., Beth Curnow of Portage, and Dondi (Bryan) Frailing of Caspian; grandchildren, Amy (Matt) Grieser of Portage, Rick (Jen) Griffioen of Portage, Elliott Van Sweden, Megan Van Sweden, Taylor Van Sweden of Kalamazoo, Mich.; Chris (Brandy) Frailing of Iron River, Nicholas Frailing of Show Low, Ariz., Ian Frailing of Caspian, and Xander Frailing of Caspian; great-grandchildren, Iylah Grieser, David Grieser, Will Grieser, Elliott Van Sweden, Amaya Van Sweden, and Chase Frailing; and sister, Lea (Don) Stearns of Portage.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Jodean Vekich, Jean Boyd, and Jerry Hilgeman.

A memorial service will be held in lower Michigan at a later date.
