Sharri Stachowicz

She was born on June 18, 1962, in Norway, the daughter of the late Robert and Bonnie (Towns) Bolan.

Sharri married Robert Stachowicz on Sept. 29, 1979 at St. Barbara Catholic Church in Vulcan.

She worked at the Caring House, Norway-Vulcan Senior Center and ManorCare, where she retired after 14 years.

She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Sharri enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, bird watching and putting puzzles together.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Robert; daughter, Corissa (James) Lynch; sons, Matthew and Jacob Stachowicz; grandchildren, Kaylah (Anthony) Barriger, Austin and Kenzie Thomas and Theo Stachowicz; great-grandchildren, Mavrick and Lily Barriger; sisters, Robin Bolan, Velvet Bolan and Crystal (David) Vista; brothers George (Teri) Bolan and Shane (Melanie) Bolan; many sisters and brothers-in-law; many nieces and nephews.

Sharri was preceded in death by her parents; in-laws, Ted and Shirley Stachowicz; infant sister, Tracey Rae Bolan; sisters-in-law, Ann Stachowicz and Carol Hendrickson; and grandparents, Edna and George Towns and Elizabeth and Emil Bolan.

Private graveside services will be held at the Norway Township Cemetery.
