Ruth Bossom

She was born June 24, 1953, in Iron Mountain, daughter of the late Louis and Alice (Trumble) Fornetti.

Ruth retired from Dickinson County Health System and spent several years working for H & R Block. She enjoyed spending time with family and pets. In her later years, she moved to Las Vegas to be closer to her young grandsons.

Ruth is survived by her children, Robert (Candice) French, John (Jennifer) Fornetti, and Staria (Robert) Armstrong; grandchildren Ariel French (daughter of Robert), Charlie and Sam Fornetti (sons of John) and Aaron Armstrong (son of Staria); and brother Louis (Mary) Fornetti.

Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Bossom; and parents Louis and Alice (Trumble) Fornetti.

A visitation for Ruth will be held on Friday, July 25, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Erickson-Rochon & Nash Funeral Home of Iron Mountain. A luncheon will follow in the community room at the funeral home. Burial will be at Iron Mountain Cemetery Park.
