Bouquet: I would like to give a big shout-out to Gustavo and Anne, employees at Flagstar Bank here in Iron Mountain. My incredibly spry but elderly parents, Marvin and Barbara Lundin, stopped by the bank Tuesday on the way to the VA center for my 90-year-old father’s doctor appointment. When returning to their vehicle, they found the battery was dead. Mother called me to get my father to the appointment, and mother stayed behind as Gustavo and Anne jump-started the truck. Mind you, we are in the middle of an arctic blast.

We have always been treated well at Flagstar, but this type of service seems to have gone above and beyond the usual. Thank you so much to these fine people!
