Bouquet: Roses to the Norway Volunteer Fire Department Ice Rescue Team that recently rescued two golden retrievers that went through the ice at Lake Antoine! Thanks to their efforts, one of our neighbors has their pets safely back home. I hope that people will see fit to donate monetarily to this wonderful cause just as they do to the great pet shelters in our area so that they will continue to be available.
Roses, too, to The Daily News for reporting this rescue in color on the front page to inform people of the caring, talented groups and resources that we have in our area. It’s one of the many reasons we choose to live in the U.P.!
