Niagara’s Carlton a winner at Dome meet
MARQUETTE – Niagara’s Jenna Carlton, a WIAA state qualifier last season, turned in the areas lone individual first-place performance at Thursday’s Division 3 Dome Invitational track and field meet Thursday at the Superior Dome.
