It does no good to hate
EDITOR:
I know I usually fill a column with my thoughts. This may be my shortest letter. Do not hate. Do not hate those you do not understand. You will be the first target and you will be the first victim of your hate.
It will eat you up. It will destroy your life. Do not hate. Learn. Understand.
Save yourself and you might save others with the knowledge you will acquire. If you have a mind to challenge what I have just written, stop and ask any other mental health professional first. Do not hate. For your own good. God bless you all.
