NORWAY — Returning seniors Allie Sheski and David Loomis will lead the Norway High School ski team this season.

“Allie and David push each other and get faster and faster as the year goes on,” said Steve Sheski, coach of the co-op with Kingsford and Iron Mountain.

Junior Alex Heigl and sophomore Jake Munn are also back for the Knights.

“Alex is in his third year racing and is looking great,” coach Sheski said. “He has come a long way.”

The lone freshman is Kingsford’s Josh Benz.

“Josh is learning ski racing in a big way,” Sheski said.

Norway is scheduled to compete today at Marquette Mountain.

“The team is looking good early and getting better every day,” Sheski said.
