FLORENCE, Wis. -- Breyson Kelley's seven-year youth wrestling career has resulted in 400 career wins.
Breyson, an 11-year old from Florence, recently secured his 400th career win at the Slinger Youth Wrestling Tournament.
He started his wrestling career at age 4 and averaged nearly 60 wins per season to reach this milestone. Breyson started wrestling after wanting to follow in the footsteps of his older sister Caitlyn Kelley, who recently recorded her 400th win.
Breyson is preparing for the upcoming Dominate in the Dells national tournament in Wisconsin Dells, followed by the Wisconsin State Youth Folkstyle regional qualifications in hopes of earning his fifth consecutive trip to the state tournament in Madison.
He will conclude his season with a trip to Iowa for the Youth Folkstyle National Tournament, one of the most competitive national folkstyle tournaments of the season.
