Spaghetti dinner Wednesday

NIAGARA, Wis. — The Marinette County Elderly Services will host a community fundraiser spaghetti dinner from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Niagara Elderly Services Mealsite, 569 Washington Ave. Dinner includes spaghetti with meat sauce, salad, dinner roll, dessert, and coffee, water or lemonade. Cost is $7. Basket raffle tickets will be available and a 50/50 drawing will be held.

NIAGARA, Wis. — I was born June 1, 1951. So that makes me just shy of 74 years old. Most of you who read this column are relatively close in age to me — maybe 10 to 15 years on either side of my 74. Post 145 breakfast Sunday

NORWAY — The American Legion Post 145 of Norway will host an all-you-can-eat breakfast from 8 to 11:30 a.m. Sunday at the hall. The menu includes scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, French toast, hash brown potatoes, toast, coffee, milk, juice and fruit salad.
