IRON MOUNTAIN — Dickinson County Sheriff Aaron Rochon has issued his monthly report for August. The road patrol served 83 civil process papers, investigated 175 complaints, handled 23 accidents, issued 47 citations and 206 verbal warnings, made 20 arrests — nine of which were for outstanding warrants, including one felony — and completed 176 property checks. Kilpela named permanent NTN executive director

MARQUETTE — Jeni Kilpela has been named executive director of the Noquemanon Trail Network, moving into the permanent leadership position after several months as interim executive director.
