Florence vaccines

Student and athlete Evan Johnson receives the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine from Annette Seibold at the Florence County Health Department. This vaccine has been approved for the general population ages 16 years of age and older. Once you receive the COVID vaccine and are considered fully vaccinated, individuals no longer have to quarantine after being exposed to the virus, health department officials noted. To schedule an appointment for the Pfizer vaccine, please go to https://florencewipublichealth.com/covid.htm to self-schedule an appointment. The department is also conducting a Johnson & Johnson vaccine drive- thru clinic from 1 to 3 p.m. today at Pat’s Foods in Florence.
