Mobile food pantry in Kingsford on Wednesday

KINGSFORD — Feeding America West Michigan will bring a mobile food pantry Wednesday to Redemption Hill Church, 332 S. Carpenter Ave. in Kingsford. Free food will be available to all households experiencing food insecurity. The drive-thru food distribution begins promptly at 11 a.m., with registration at 10 a.m. at customer vehicles. Arrival prior to registration is not necessary. Corn roast, concert at Homestead church

HOMESTEAD, Wis. — The Homestead Baptist Church at 2670 County Highway N will host its corn roast and concert starting at 5 p.m. Sunday. The local band Sowing Seeds will be featured.
