Sagola church hosting fundraiser rummage sale

SAGOLA — Grace Church of Sagola will have a large, multi-family fundraiser rummage sale from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. to noon Saturday. Sale items will include a couch, stuffed chairs, wood rocker, small refrigerator, turkey fryer, linens and a large variety of household items.  The church is on the corner of M-95 and M-69 in Sagola.

Negaunee Fall Fest set Saturday

NEGAUNEE — The Negaunee Downtown Development Authority will host its third-annual Fall Fest from noon to 8 p.m. Saturday in downtown Negaunee. This year’s fest will include DDA-sponsored events such as cornhole, a petting zoo, tractor hay rides, live music, a special farmers market, and inflatable bounce houses. The family-friendly celebration may include some evening activities geared toward adults. Most activities are free. Downtown and local businesses will have different activities onsite. DCH retirees to lunch on Friday

IRON MOUNTAIN — The Dickinson County Hospital retirees and former employees will meet for lunch at 11:30 a.m. Friday at Spiro’s Downtown Restaurant in Iron Mountain.

Post 145 to host breakfast Sunday

NORWAY — The American Legion Post 145 of Norway will host an all-you-can-eat breakfast from 8 to 11:30 a.m. Sunday, at the hall. Menu includes scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, French toast, hashbrown potatoes, toast, fruit salad, coffee, milk and juice. Cost is $10 per person, with children age 6 and younger eating for free.
