FAITHORN — John and Rose Zahn of Faithorn are celebrating their 75th wedding anniversary on Sunday.

They were married on Nov. 12, 1942, in North Judson, Ind., two weeks before John joined the Army and served in World War II.

John is a retired logger and Rose was a homemaker.

They have four children, Barb Thiry of Carney, Ed Zahn of Norway, Pat (Gary) Bryant of Faithorn and the late John Jr. of Hermansville. They have 15 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.

John and Rose will be featured on the Today Show’s milestone celebration announcements.
