James and Karen Casari

IRON MOUNTAIN — The children of James and Karen (Hill) Casari of Iron Mountain happily announce their parents’ 50th wedding anniversary.
James and Karen were childhood sweethearts. They were married on June 6, 1970, at Salem Lutheran Church in Ironwood by the Rev. Kenneth L Nerenz.
They have been blessed with two children, Carie (Kevin) Carlson and Tim Casari; and three grandchildren, Owen Carlson and Grace and Roen Casari.
James is retired from United Parcel Service. Karen is retired from the dental office of JP Dougoveto.
James and Karen enjoy travelling and spending time with family and friends.

- The family of recently deceased veteran Dennis Wilson donated his extensive collection of books and tapes about the Vietnam War to the Tom St. Onge Vietnam Veterans Museum in Hermansville. The beautiful wooden bookcase was purchased through monetary gifts to the family. From left are Wilson’s granddaughters, Samantha and Lydia Wilson, and his widow, Susan Wilson.
