Roland and Maria Anderson of Kingsford were honored for their 75th anniversary at the American Martyrs Catholic Church during the church’s Valentine’s Day celebration in February. They were recognized, along with other couples celebrating anniversaries. They celebrated with their children, grandchildren and their spouses. Roland and the former Maria Scherer were married in Salzburg, Austria, on Nov. 29, 1947, after World War II.
