Golden K discusses club
KINGSFORD — The Golden K Club had no scheduled program at the Oct. 10 meeting.
Chair Ben Dillingham led a discussion about the future direction of the Golden K.
The meeting concerned internal business and ideas to re-vitalize and better organize the senior group. Because of COVID-19, age, and health issues, they have lost about half of the members.
Monday’s meeting will be a continuation of internal business discussion.
All of the seniors love their involvement with the community and wish to put in this time to improve the club’s efficiency.
Ideas and input to improve the club are welcome. They will meet at 10 a.m. Monday at First Presbyterian in Kingsford.
