Samantha and Nicholas Harvath

SAGOLA — Samantha Berdinner and Nicholas Harvath were united in marriage on Sept. 3, 2022, at Nick’s grandparents’ home, Gary and Karolyn Gardner, with Don Koerner, brother-in-law of the couple, officiating.

A reception followed the ceremony at Keyes Peak Lodge in Florence, Wis., catered by Loretta’s of Norway.

Samantha is the daughter of Kerry “Buzz” and Lisa Berdinner of Norway and the granddaughter of Bev Lake of Niagara, Wis.

Nicholas is the son of Fred and Laura Harvath and Johnnie and Melanie Dabb, all of Niagara. He is also the grandson of Fred Keehr of Breitung Township and Gary and Karolyn Gardner of Sagola.

Sam’s sister, Jess Smith, was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Emily Powalka, cousin of the bride; Amanda Becker, friend of the bride; Kim Werden, friend of the bride; Ashley Zanon, friend of the bride; Barbie Slagle, friend of the bride; and Jada Freudinger, niece of the bride.

Nick’s best man was his brother, Zachary Harvath. Groomsmen were Landin DePas, friend of the groom; Matt Mass, friend of the groom; Mark Youngs, friend of the groom; John Weber, cousin of the groom; Austin Harvath, cousin of the groom; and Jim Lorrigan, friend of the groom.

Usher was Josh Smith, brother of the bride.

Ringbearer was Kaden Dumais, nephew of the bride.

Flowergirl was the couple’s goddaughter, Ina Claire Becker.

Flowerman was Isaiah Demers, friend of the bride.

Music was provided by Evan Blagec.

Nick is employed at Systems Control. Sam is office manager at Integrity Care EMS.

The couple owns a home in Commonwealth, Wis., that they share with their three dogs, Bubba, Oakley and Finn.
