Three bands to perform at Oktoberfest on Saturday

The fall festival, hosted by the Iron Mountain Downtown Development Authority, is planned from noon to 10 p.m. at the downtown stage parking lot at the intersection of Iron Mountain and Hughitt Street in Iron Mountain. First National Bank & Trust returns as the 2025 signature sponsor.
The festivities kicks off with the local band 141 North from noon to 2:30 p.m. They will perform a variety of country and rock hits.
At 3:15 p.m., Dorf Kapelle of Hortonville, Wis., will take the stage performing until 6:15 p.m.
They bring spirited polkas, waltzes, marches and more.

The Descendants
The popular local band The Descendants will play a mix of classic rock from the ’70s, ’80s and ’90s, along with a bit of country, from 7 to 10 p.m.
The children’s area will be open from noon to 5 p.m.
The DDA has planned a wide variety of brews, along with three food vendors.
Admission is $10, with children 12 and younger getting in for free. Tickets can be purchased in advance online or at the gate.

THE SAND LOT, NIAGARA, Wis. — Friday, Fall Fest with The Descendants of the Hermansville area (variety music), 7 to 10 p.m. They will also have kids and adult activities from 5 to 7 p.m., including arts and crafts, trivia, kid games, face painting and a bounce house. Sugar Jets food truck will be on site and the Sand Bar will be open. Bell’s will host a takeover with prizes. They will also have a bonfire.

Each round winner will receive a drink chip and overall winner receives a food gift certificate to redeem the following week’s trivia night.
