IRON MOUNTAIN — Get ready for an unforgettable New Year’s Eve celebration with Next Myle tonight at The Terrace in Gladstone.

The local variety country and classic rock band will play from 8 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Eastern time.

SANDSTONE TERRACE, IRON MOUNTAIN — Today, celebrate the New Year in a warm igloos on the rooftop with cocktails starting at 5 p.m. Festivities will include three ball drops — 10 p.m., 11 p.m., and midnight. They will also have free hot cocoa for the kids all evening. The event is sponsored by First National Bank & Trust.

KNIGHT OWL SPORTS BAR, NORWAY — Today, New Year’s celebration featuring Leo G of Powers and the variety group, Elastic Bandit of Green Bay, Wis., from 9 p.m. to midnight. They will also have champagne, drawings and appetizers. The jukebox will be free from midnight to close.

SITZMARK, PINE MOUNTAIN, IRON MOUNTAIN — Today, Rock in the New Year with the Bad Mother Truckers of the Green Bay, Wis., area playing from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. They will have a countdown to midnight, along with the annual firework display.

Saturday — Mane Event Karaoke (variety music), starting at 6 p.m.

MOOSE HEAD BAR AND RESTAURANT, NORWAY MOUNTAIN, NORWAY — Today, New Year’s celebration with the Seth Brown Duo of the local area, formerly of Oregon (Americana country folk music), 2 to 5 p.m.

Saturday — Tap the Sky with New Belgium and Bell starting at 11 a.m. Music with Todd Wangerin of the local area (indie and alternative pop/rock acoustic music), from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. Fireworks display at 7:30 p.m.

POLLY’S, IRON MOUNTAIN — Today, New Year’s Eve party with Mane Event Karaoke (variety music), 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. Party will start at 5 p.m. and go to 4 a.m.

NUTTER’S SPORTS BAR & GRILL, POWERS — Today, dust off those ugly sweaters, get comfy in your Christmas pajamas, dress up as your favorite holiday character, or dazzle us with your sparkle and sequins for a New Year’s Eve Costume Party from 8 p.m. to midnight. They will have free jukebox, darts and pool for the evening. They will also feature holiday drinks and a champagne toast at midnight.

THE RED ARROW TAVERN, FELCH — Today, ring in the New Year with two local groups. Gary and Faye will start the party with a variety of acoustic music at 6 p.m., with the local rock group Money Shot to begin at 9 p.m.

VENUE 906, KINGSFORD — Today, New Year’s Eve casino night at Vagabonds. Casino-style games will start at 7:30 p.m. with live music by Victorious featuring Victoria Bourassa of the Amberg, Wis., area (variety music) to follow the games. They will also have appetizers and raffle baskets. Proceeds will be donated to the Almost Home Animal Shelter. Tickets are $30 per person and can be purchased online at www.venue906.com.

BIG 10 SPORTS BAR & GRILL, QUINNESEC — Today, New Year’s Eve party complete with flashing lights and high-energy music. Doors will open at 8 p.m. They will also have free pool, drink specials and a countdown and toast at midnight.

Thursday — Mane Event Karaoke (variety music), starting at 6:30 p.m.

CUCULI’S, CHANNING — Today, Day Drinker New Year’s Eve Party from 4 to 8 p.m. They will have DJ/Music by Adam from Voice of the North playing a variety of tunes, along with snacks, drink specials and party favors. They will have a special countdown and toast at 7 p.m.

SKI BRULE HOMESTEAD LODGE, IRON RIVER — Today, 2025 NYE Party with the Pink Violin Band of Vilcabamba, Ecuador, formerly of the Upper Peninsula, (traditional Irish, ’70s folk, contemporary, and original music), 2 to 5 p.m. Torchlight parade and fireworks to start at 9 p.m.
