Mr. Black live stage show this weekend at The Braumart
IRON MOUNTAIN — Mr. Black Presents will perform the live stage show “Skjaldmaer: A Norse Love Story” this weekend at The Braumart Theater in Iron Mountain.
Shows times are 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday.
The story follows a young Viking warrior, Ayloy, as she travels to the land of the dead in search of her lost lover, Ragnar. After one terrible night where he’s torn from their bed and cast into the land of mist and shadow by a mysterious force, Ayloy must brave unknown perils and confront powerful enemies to bring him back.
Skjaldmaer, Norse for “female warrior,” tells of Ayloy, who will risk everything to reunite with her love. At its core, it’s a romantic coming-of-age story, as Ayloy navigates a world of sinister motives and boundless underworld darkness.
The Braumart encourages everyone to come out for this epic tale from the Mr. Black Presents creative and talented cast and crew.
Tickets are $15, with half of the sales going back to The Braumart to support the “Kickstart The Braumart 2026” Fundraising Campaign, which will bring new life to the local center for arts and culture.
