CRYSTAL FALLS -- Do you need a good laugh? Comedian Andy Beningo promises to deliver the comic relief we all need from the stage of Crystal Theatre at 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3.
With more than 4,000 performances, Beningo has established himself as one of the busiest stand-up comedians working today. Described as a "clean, everyman comic," he has been named one of the 40 Best Up and Coming comedians in the country and "Best Comedian" by both The Detroit Metro Times and Detroit Hour Magazine.
Hailing from Milford, Mich., Beningo finds humor in simple subjects such as growing up as the middle child, working as a middle school teacher, and coping with our society's obsession with technology.
His "Pure Michigan" storytelling style is bound to prompt at least a chuckle if not a full-throated belly laugh.
Beningo's Drybar Comedy special, "Adorable Tough Guy," is currently on both Amazon Prime and Comedy Dynamics and has generated millions of views on social media. He has been heard on the Bob and Tom radio show and was a special guest on Larry the Cable Guy's "Weekly Round Up" on Sirius XM Radio. His first comedy album, "Quiet Coyote," regularly plays on Laugh USA.
