Northwoods Geology Club to meet Wednesday
FLORENCE, Wis. — The Northwoods Geology Club will meet at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday in the lower level of the Florence Natural Resource Center, 5638 Forestry Drive in Florence, Wis.
Follow the DMV signs to reach the center. Coffee and snacks will be served and new members of all ages are welcome. Door prizes are drawn at the close of all meetings.
The speakers will be Ruth and Michael Riesch of the Earthaven Museum in Gillett, Wis., who will present, “50 Years of Mineral Collecting: Stories and Adventures.”
Their programs are always informative and interesting.
