IRON MOUNTAIN — Wild Horse Saloon in Iron Mountain willl host the Third Thursday event with Bryan Drewyor, The One Human Band playing from 6:30 to 9 p.m. today.

The first 30 minutes will feature music of Oktoberfest. Everyone is encouraged to grab their dirndls and lederhosens for polka lessons.

They will also have raffle prizes, along with some discount appetizers and an Oktoberfest beer. This will also be the only chance for Oktoberfest presale of merchandise, mugs and tickets.Drawing will take place at 7:30 p.m. today at the Wild Horse.

Wild Horse features a rock/country music videos jukebox, played on six big-screen TV every day.

The Four Seasons Resort, Pembine, Wis. — Friday, Marvin and the Martian of the local area (variety acoustic music), starting at 9 p.m.

Saturday — Tim Pszanka of northeast Wisconsin (variety acoustic music), starting at 9 p.m.

Pine Grove Bar, Republic — Friday, Spun of the Marquette area (rock music) starting at 9 p.m.

Saturday — Matt Byce from 2 to 5 p.m. and Adam Carpenter & Upper Hand from 7 to 11 p.m.

Alpha Pavilion — Saturday, Jim Buss Benefit featuring Sons of Legend at 1 p.m. There will be food, a bake sale, raffles and a 50-50 starting at noon. Buss suffered a serious accident and has been unable to work since that time. Any donations would be a blessing, as he also has no health insurance.

Sociables Bar & Grill, Wausaukee, Wis. — Saturday, The Empty Bottle Boys and One Shot Jane (classic country music), 7 to 10 p.m.

The Rustic, Athelstane, Wis. — Saturday, Bullets and Booze of the Northeast Wisconsin area (classic country music) starting at 6 p.m.
