HOUGHTON -Registration is open for Isle Royale and Keweenaw Parks Association-sponsored botany and photography workshops on Isle Royale and a fall-color photography workshop in Michigan’s Keweenaw Peninsula in early October.

Botany workshops are based at Rock Harbor June 6-11 via ferry from Houghton, or Windigo via ferry from Grand Portage, Minn., Sept. 6-11.

The Isle Royale photography workshop will take place in Rock Harbor June 10-15 via ferry from Houghton.

All Isle Royale workshop registration fees include instruction, round-trip ferry transportation, meals, and group camping.

Rock Harbor Lodge offers lakeside lodge rooms or cabins at Rock Harbor and a Windigo camper cabin at participant’s expense.

Teacher continuing education credits may be arranged.
